Vision Board

How many of you have a vision board?  You know – a board filled with pictures that motivate you and represent your goals.  Well, you should!!  Of course it doesn’t have to be a board, it can also be a box, a scrapbook, a folder on your computer, or all of these things.  Some people might think it’s silly or childish, but it really isn’t.

It’s important to remind your subconscious mind regularly of what you’re striving for, so that it can guide you in that direction.  Your subconscious mind steers you towards whatever you focus on, that’s why people that have nothing but excuses never achieve anything – their focus is on what they can’t do, so that’s what they get.

Before fitness model Ashley Horner got into shape, she dared to dream that she could like one of the women in magazines.  She cut a out picture of one of her inspirations, kept it in her wallet, and looked at it every day.  And you know what?  She still has it there today!
