Mental Benefits of Training

Fitness brings us benefits that go way deeper than the obvious physical ones.  Each time we push ourselves through pain and past previous limits, we condition ourselves to become stronger inside.

Life has a habit of throwing us challenges to test our strength and courage when we least expect it.  We can’t ignore them or run and hide – we have no choice but to stand and face them.  And that’s when either our inner strength will make us, or the challenge will break us.
