Believe in the Power of One

As people who live the fitness lifestyle, it’s important to always remember that we have the ability to change lives by motivating and inspiring others through our example, regardless of where we are on our journey.

It’s very easy to overlook the importance of what we do on a daily basis and minimize how we can influence the world positively. But the truth is that each and every one of us has the power to achieve remarkable things.

In the videos below (Part 1 and Part 2) the late Evan Tanner, MMA fighter and former UFC champion, talks introspectively about the power of the individual to change the world for the better. His motto was “Believe in the Power of One”.

Listening to Evan talk about his enlightened vision for creating a better world reminds us that it’s our small individual actions that add up to produce great outcomes, and that our power and potential is therefore also great.

Take a few quiet minutes to watch these videos and think about how you can use your own Power of One to create not just a great life for yourself, but also to help others and the world as a whole.
